About FOOD LAB

TV Presenter and Chef, Ben Milbourne, along with physicist and food enthusiast Dr. Joel Gilmore, delve into the world of science and food. Food Lab showcases beautiful Tasmanian locations, over 150 inspiring recipes that can be replicated at home, as well as some of the countries top researchers from The University of Queensland explaining what is going on in our kitchens when we cook everyday. From Sashimi with Gazpacho to a classic roast, Food Lab aims to inspire viewers to not only be better cooks, but also better scientists.

Food Lab is a co-production between Cultivate Productions and The University of Queensland. The show is now in its third season and airs on SBS Food.
