Apple Berry Jam
PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 15-20 minutes
INGREDIENTS
5 granny smith apples, peeled and diced (keep cores and peel for later)
400g mixed berries
600g caster sugar
Pinch of Tasman sea salt
METHOD
Step 1
In a large pot add all ingredients and bring to the boil. Add in apple cores for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
Remove each apple core from the jam. Pour jam into jars and store in the fridge.
