Chilli Tuna Pasta

COOK TIME 5 minutes
SERVES 3-4
INGREDIENTS
½ tbsp Pukara olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely diced
2 tins sweet chilli tuna
1 zucchini, thinly sliced
100g cherry tomatoes
Juice of 1 lemon
250g Barilla collezione, pre cooked to packet instructions
METHOD
Step 1
In a pan over medium heat add olive oil, garlic and tuna, sauté for 1-2 minutes. Turn the pan off and add zucchini, cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, pinch of salt and pasta.
To serve, garnish pasta with fresh dill.
