White Bean Dip

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp Pukara olive oil
2 tsp Old El Paso fajita seasoning
½ garlic clove
1 tin cannellini beans
Juice of 2 lemons
Pinch of Tasman sea salt

To serve;
Old El Paso crunchy nachips

METHOD

Step 1
Into a pan over medium to high heat add 2 tbsp of olive oil and spice mix. Toast for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2
Add garlic, beans, lemon juice, remaining olive oil and a pinch of salt to a food processor and blitz together until it forms a thick purée.

To serve, drizzle spiced oil over the top of the dip and serve with nachips.
