Caramelised Onion Pasta

COOK TIME 25 minutes
SERVES 2-3

INGREDIENTS

3 red onions, sliced
25g butter
⅓ cup chicken stock
6 anchovies, roughly cut
12 Pukara pitted kalamata olives
Barilla Fusilli pasta

METHOD

Step 1
Add butter and onions into a pan and leave to caramelise for approx 10-15 minutes.

Step 2
After approx 10-15 minutes add chicken stock and bring to a boil whilst adding anchovies and kalamata olives and stirring together.

Step 3
Once reduced, add pasta and stir together well before serving.
