Chocolate Truffles

INGREDIENTS

250g Ashgrove unsalted butter
250g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
3 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp icing sugar

METHOD

Step 1
Melt butter in a pot before adding in chocolate and stirring together until melted.

Step 2
Once chocolate is melted and is at approx 55ºC, add in cocoa powder and icing sugar and slowly whisk together until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Step 3
Once at a smooth consistency, pour chocolate into mould and place into the fridge for approx 2-3 hours until set.
