Nectarine and Prosciutto Pasta

SERVES 4-5
INGREDIENTS
2 nectarines, sliced
150g Barilla casarecce pasta
5 slices prosciutto
Pukara olive oil
Tasman sea salt
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
METHOD
Step 1
Add pasta to a pot of boiling water and leave until cooked.
Step 2
Once cooked, strain pasta into a bowl and mix in a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt before serving with nectarines, prosciutto and balsamic vinegar on top.
