Oysters with Ocean Gin Cocktail

INGREDIENTS
1 mandarin
15ml Ocean Gin
15ml Pukara red wine liqueur
1 radish, thinly sliced
5 oysters
1 pinch Tasman sea salt
2 sprigs baby basil
METHOD
Step 1
Add the zest of ¼ mandarin and the juice of a full mandarin to a bowl with gin, red wine liqueur and radish and mix together well.
Step 2
Drizzle dressing over the top of oysters before serving up with a pinch of salt and a few sprigs of baby basil over the top.
