Poached Grapes
PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 25 minutes
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
1 cup grapes, peeled
2 cups riesling
2 cups water
METHOD
Step 1
Place grapes into a pot with water and riesling and reduce by half.
Step 2
Once reduced by half, leave on heat for a further 10 minutes.
Step 3
After approx 10 minutes, put grapes in a jar and place into fridge to cool.
Step 4
Serve with a scoop of ice cream or a dollop of cream.
