Salt and Pepper Tofu

INGREDIENTS
1 seedless chilli, diced
1 spring onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, diced
1 drizzle Pukara olive oil
2 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp Tasman sea salt
1 tsp pepper
1 block tofu, cut into 2cm cubes
Vegetable oil
METHOD
Step 1
Place chilli in pan on medium heat with spring onion, garlic and oil.
Step 2
Mix flour, salt and pepper together and mix in tofu.
Step 3
Cook tofu in hot oil and plate up with cooked spring onion and garlic on top.
