Strawberries and Cream

INGREDIENTS
15 strawberries, cut into quarters
2 ½ cups white sugar
2 tbsp white balsamic
1 cup mascarpone
1 cup Ashgrove cream
1 tbsp vanilla
METHOD
Step 1
Place strawberries into a bowl with sugar and balsamic and stir together before leaving to sit for approx 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add mascarpone to a bowl with cream and vanilla and whisk together until at a thick consistency.
Step 3
Once strawberries have been sitting in sauce for approx 10 minutes, plate up with a generous dollop of mascarpone and vanilla cream on the side.
