Tiramisu Ice Cream Cake

COOK TIME 8-10 hours
SERVES 4-6

INGREDIENTS

15 sponge fingers
½ cup kahlua
½ cup brewed coffee
1 litre vanilla ice cream
1 block almond chocolate, grated

METHOD

Step 1
Add kahlua and coffee into a bowl and soak sponge fingers before placing them into the bottom of a cake tray.

Step 2
Add a layer of ice cream on top of sponge fingers before adding a sprinkle of grated chocolate.

Step 3
Repeat step 1 and 2 before placing into a freezer for approx 8-10 hours.

Step 4
After approx 8-10 hours, place into fridge for approx 30 minutes before serving.
