Tuna Tequila Slammer

INGREDIENTS

2 tsp Tasman sea salt
2 tsp Old El Paso fajita spice mix
150g tuna loin, finely diced
30ml tequila

For the salsa;
½ a cucumber finely diced
½ an avocado, finely diced
1 tomato, deseeded and diced
½ a green chilli, finely diced
½ shallot, finely diced
1 tbsp chopped coriander roots
Juice of ½ a lime
Juice of ½ a lemon
¼ tsp grated palm sugar
Pinch of Tasman sea salt

METHOD

Step 1
In a pestle and mortar, grind together sea salt and fajita spice mix.

Step 2
To make the salsa, add all ingredients into a bowl and toss together. Stir through tequila and tuna.

To serve, place salsa mix into a shot glass and sprinkle with a pinch of fajita spiced salt.
