Peruvian Stir Fry

SERVES 1-2
INGREDIENTS
1 scotch fillet steak, sliced 1cm
1 red onion, sliced
½ yellow capsicum, sliced
½ red capsicum, sliced
1 tomato, roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
½ bunch coriander, roughly chopped
METHOD
Step 1
Place steak into a hot oiled pan and cook for approx 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
After approx 2-3 minutes, add in onion, red and yellow capsicum, tomato and coriander and cook for a further 2-3 minutes before serving up.
